Daniel Babayev
Master Colorist / Stylist, Founder
Daniel's passion for the hair industry stems back to when he was a child. Growing up he worked with his family sweeping the floors, watching and learning the business, enabling him to perfect his craft. Owning a salon was always a dream of his. He then went on to study at the prestigious Saint L'aurent Academy in Quebec, Canada. He received French influenced training which he then brought back to NY.
When Daniel was looking for the perfect location to start his business, he refused to settle. After working in Rye for a year, he knew there was no better place to make his dream come true and start his business. Daniel was captivated by the community and charm of the town instantly.
Daniel has always had a strong passion for both business and the beauty industry. He has been behind the chair for 8 years, and believes that hairdressing is much more than just cutting or coloring hair. It's about building a relationship with his clients, and customizing their look to fit both their personality and lifestyle. He has been trained to analyze face shapes, head shapes and skin tones to provide the best possible look for each individual. He always takes his time with consultations to ensure the client is completely comfortable, and knows exactly what to expect before the start of each service.
Master Stylist
Dawn Rossi
Dawn prides herself in trendy flirty hairstyles with cutting edge precision. She is a seasoned Master stylist with over 20 years of experience. She received advanced training from industry leaders such as Vidal Sasson in LA, Redken, and Jingles NYC. In 1994 she was chosen to train and work with the most influential styling directors of Jose Eber from Los Angeles. She then continued on to work for the Jose Eber salons in White Plains and Millburn NJ for 22 years.
Dawn is known for her signature short and edgy haircuts, to classic modern bobs, and long sexy hair. She also can customize the perfect style with clip in extensions if you need a little extra length or volume. Dawn believes that a strong consultation will set the tone for your visit. She always strives to keep her clients expectations met and that their haircut is customized to specific lifestyle needs. Dawn has a unique ability to incorporate modern trends into everyday styles
Michelle Giorgio
Senior Stylist
Michelle is a youthful trendsetter with a passion for beauty and fashion. She started her career in 2010 at the prestigious Premier Atelier in White Plains NY. Michelle underwent 3 ½ years of intensive training, and continues her education regularly to stay fresh and current on the latest industry trends.
Michelle specializes in cutting and styling. Whether your hair is long or short, she will keep it current and trendy. If you're ready to cut your long hair Michelle is known for her signature bob and waves. She is also our team keratin expert with certifications in Brazilian Blowout, Cezanne and magic sleek. Michelle’s easy going and professional personality will make you feel right at home.
Master Colorist
Lisa is our master colorist with over 18 years of experience. She has worked at the industry’s leading salons in Westchester perfecting her craft under the influence of the top colorists in New York. She has worked in prestigious salons in White Plains, including Demerjian and Premier Atelier.
Education is extremely important to Lisa. She constantly continues training to be able to stay on top of the latest trends in color, and grow as an artist. She has received extensive training for color formulation and techniques at Tony and Guy Academies and L’Oréal Professional Academy. She has also taken classes with Redken for Balayage, and color design from Goldwell. Although Lisa is an exclusive colorist, she has even been certified in Peter Coppola's Keratin treatments.
Lisa really understands all aspects of color, and how important it is to consider what type of hair cut and style you have. She works very closely with our hair designers throughout the process of your visit. She will consult and discuss your haircut goals with your stylist to ensure your color is perfectly suited for your cut. Lisa’s top priority is keeping the integrity of your hair. From your first visit and consultation, Lisa will listen to your goals, and formulate a customized color to achieve an individual look that fits your personality and lifestyle.
Martha Ramirez
Senior Stylist
Martha started her career in 1980 in Columbia, before moving to the United States and becoming a NY licensed hair stylist. Her greatest inspiration is her mother, who although is no longer with us, would be so proud of her achievements. She is also driven by her son and daughter who have continuously supported her dreams.
Martha has gained experience at prestigious salons in White Plains such as Demerjian, La Bottega, Neiman Marcus Salon, and Premier Atelier. When you sit in Martha’s chair, you can immediately feel her confidence. She has the ability to make anyone feel relaxed and comfortable during a service with her.
Martha specializes in hair cutting, styling, up-styles, and Keratin (which she is certified in). Martha is our curly hair expert. Whether you want to embrace your curls, or get them straight, you can be assured you’re in the best hands.
